One-year Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science Postgraduates (OCES) - Career oppotunities with DAE

One-year Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science Postgraduates (OCES) is a Training Programme run by the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Training Schools (BARC TSs) in Mumbai, Kalpakkam and Hyderabad. Every year, more than 75 science postgraduates are recruited every year through the OCES programme of BARC Training School and posted in different units of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) after the successful completion of a one-year OCES training programme.
An outreach program has been planned by Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) on 25th January 2024 during which Dr Manoranjan Ghosh and Dr Biplab Ghosh from BARC will be visiting Cotton University and addressing the Science Postgraduate students (Physics, Chemistry, Geology and Biosciences) on the prospects of making a career with the DAE. More than 100 students from Cotton University, Gauhati University and Dibrugarh University are expected to participate in the workshop.
